Chad Bowman began Teh Chad Marketing in the beginning of 2010.  The LLC was put together to provide web design for Keller Williams real estate agents.  First belief: We believe in giving to those around us.

As things have progressed, we began building a small network of the best real estate agents in the area so that we can give to even more people – clients.  It became clear that we had to embrace technology to reach out, so we did.  Second belief: We believe in leveraging the power of technology.

To keep from being in an office all day, Chad started a hiking group.  This provides a way to connect with family and friends.  Family is very important and comes before business.  If it’s just a bbq or a trip up Long’s Peak, time spent is a great investment.  Third belief: We believe in getting outside with those we seek to build relationships.

In everything we do, we hold these core beliefs highest.  We just happen to work in real estate.
